Transportation Guide from Beijing Airports to Gubei Water Town 

 1. From Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK) 

By Direct Shuttle Bus   

• Route  : Take the Airport Express to Dongzhimen Station, then transfer to the Gubei Water Town direct shuttle bus at the Dongzhimen Outer Bus Station. 
• Duration  : Approximately 120 minutes. 
• Cost  : 48 RMB per person (one way). 
• Notes  : The shuttle bus operates daily, with departures at 9:00 and 13:00 from Dongzhimen, and returns at 12:00 and 17:00 from Gubei Water Town. 

 By Subway + Train   

• Route  : Take the Airport Express to Dongzhimen Station, transfer to Line 13 to Huoying Station, then walk to Huangtudian Station to board the Huairou-Miyun (S5) train to Gubeikou Station. Finally, take the shuttle bus (Miyun Bus 69) to Gubei Water Town. 
• Duration  : Approximately 3 hours. 
• Cost  : 22 RMB (12 RMB for the train + 10 RMB for the shuttle bus). 
• Notes  : The S5 train offers scenic views and is a great option for travelers who prefer a relaxed journey. 

 By Taxi/ Ride-hailing   

• Route  : Directly from the airport to Gubei Water Town. 
• Duration  : Approximately 90 minutes. 
• Cost  : Around 400-500 RMB, depending on traffic and vehicle type. 
• Notes  : Taxis and ride-hailing services like DiDi are convenient but can be more expensive during peak hours. 

 2. From Beijing Daxing International Airport (PKX) 

  By Subway + Shuttle Bus   

• Route  : Take the Daxing Airport Express to Caoqiao Station, transfer to Line 10, then to Line 13 to Huoying Station. Walk to Huangtudian Station and take the S5 train to Gubeikou Station. Finally, take the shuttle bus (Miyun Bus 69) to Gubei Water Town. 
• Duration  : Approximately 3.5 hours. 
• Cost  : 32 RMB (22 RMB for the train + 10 RMB for the shuttle bus). 
• Notes  : This route involves multiple transfers but is cost-effective. 

   By Taxi/ Ride-hailing   

• Route  : Directly from the airport to Gubei Water Town. 
• Duration  : Approximately 2 hours. 
• Cost  : Around 500-600 RMB, depending on traffic and vehicle type. 
• Notes  : This is the fastest option but also the most expensive. 

  3. General Tips 

• Shuttle Bus Tickets  : Purchase tickets in advance via apps like "Beijing Custom Bus" or pay in cash at the station. 
• Train Schedule  : Check the S5 train schedule in advance, as it may vary on weekends and holidays. 
• Parking  : If driving, Gubei Water Town offers parking at 25 RMB for small cars and 50 RMB for large vehicles, with charging stations available.
